Paper posters

Authors whose abstracts have been selected to be presented as Posters at the Congress are required to print out their posters and mount and remove their paper posters in the Poster Area during designated time slots. Authors should stand by their posters and answer questions from delegates during Poster Viewing Session times.

The Congress will supply the board, with a sign noting your poster number. The number sign does NOT include the abstract title or listing of authors. Mounting material will be provided by Congress staff at the Poster Help Desk in the Poster Area.

Poster Printing Service

Please note that there is no printing service available onsite.

Authors are offered the option of using the services of PosterSessionOnline.

ePosters

In addition to the obligatory paper poster, to ensure maximum exposure, authors are encouraged to submit their poster in electronic form (free of charge). Posters submitted as ePosters will be featured on ePoster Terminals at the Congress Centre where they can be browsed onsite, as well as on the ILTS website, accessible for members of ILTS only after the Congress.

These may include financial interests (e.g. owning stocks of a related company, having received honoraria, consultancy fees), research interests (research support by grants or otherwise), organizational interests and gifts.

Confirmation of your presentation

Please note that only the corresponding author will receive information concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing the presenting author and all co-authors of the status of the abstract.
