Dr. Hanlin L. Wang is Professor of Pathology, Chief of Gastrointestinal Pathology and Director of Gastrointestinal/Liver Pathology Fellowship Program at the David Geffen School of Medicine and Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in the United States. He completed his pathology residency and gastrointestinal/liver pathology fellowship at the University of Chicago Hospitals, and has been practicing surgical pathology for 20 years. His clinical and research interests include medical and neoplastic gastrointestinal, liver and pancreaticobiliary diseases. Dr. Wang has authored more than 140 peer-reviewed journal articles, numerous book chapters and invited reviews, and 1 pathology textbook on organ transplantation. He serves on editorial boards for several pathology/medical journals and is an ad hoc reviewer for more than 40 medical/scientific journals. He has been an invited speaker at numerous national and international meetings. Dr. Wang was an Associate Professor at Washington University in St. Louis and the Director of Gastrointestinal and Liver Pathology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles before joining UCLA.
